yeh yaadein nahi  jatti

kabhi  kissie door gujare pal ki yaad aa jati hai

kabhi koyi mudat se bhichda chehra samene aa jatta hai 

kahan hain ye sab,sirf yaadein hi aati hain

Aur aa kar fir yaadein nahi jatti

kahan se aati hain yeh yaadien  maloom nahi

kyon aati hain yeh yaadien maloom nahi

waqt gujar gaya manzar badal gaya

 phir bhi yeh yaadien nahi jatti

mein chhahu ya na chhahu

Lekin aatti zaroor hain

aur mujh ko kissi aur duniya mein le jati hain

why is change generally painful, be it change of house, city or friends.Normally one should welcome it as it may bring novelty  but one keeps clinging to the past.Of course past is memories,good or bad,and future is uncertainty yet why such an attachment to memories.At times it could be driving with your face backward, with accidents a complete certainty.Any comments from those who have handled it better.
